Broad Street Consulting Group is a US Governmental Proposal Group that subcontracts to companies doing business, or who wants to do business with the US Government to manage and prepare price and technical proposals for them. They charge large fees. They hire subcontractors and bill the subcontractors fees and travel expenses to the the company that they are working for. Often times not paying the subcontractors until long after they themselves have been paid. This is very unethical. They also add on a substantial handling fee to the subcontractors invoices and costs which is pure profit as they are never out any money and don't provide for any services to the subcontractor. Often times dismissing the subcontractor as the proposal runs down to maximize their own billings and profits. They are very unethical, lye, cheat, and don't pay their subcontractors. Dishonest men, who say one thing then do another. Often times over billing the company.
